We specialise in luxury curated gift baskets and hampers. While every effort is made to ensure products are accurately described and photographed, slight variations in packaging, colours, and presentation may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and style of the gift.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Acceptance of your order is subject to product availability and payment verification.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where fraud or pricing errors are suspected.

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments through our approved payment providers. Payment must be received in full before your order is prepared and dispatched.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.

7. Refunds & Returns

Nothing in our policies limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand consumer laws.
