Refund policy

At Gifted by Donella, we take great pride in creating beautifully curated luxury gift baskets. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on gift baskets, food items, beverages, or personal care products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before production or dispatch has begun. Once your order is being prepared, cancellations may not be possible.

Product Availability

Occasionally, an item may become unavailable. In these instances, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal or greater quality and value while maintaining the overall style and presentation of the gift.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
