At Gifted by Donella, we take great care to ensure every luxury gift basket is beautifully prepared, securely packaged, and delivered with the utmost care.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
During peak periods, including Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Valentine's Day, and other holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural Addresses: Please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Same-Day or Urgent Orders
If you require an urgent order, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible, but same-day dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size of your order.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Delivery Information
Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.
Gifted by Donella is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
Additional courier charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or resent.
Authority to Leave
If you request that a parcel be left unattended, it is left at your own risk. Gifted by Donella is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage after the parcel has been delivered.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Where appropriate, we will work with the courier to investigate the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.
Delivery of Perishable Products
Some gift baskets may contain food or other perishable items. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel promptly to maintain product quality.
Gifted by Donella is not responsible for product quality where parcels are left unattended or delayed due to the recipient's unavailability.
